I've got a solid collection of movies I've purchased through Vudu, but they really dropped the ball on customer service. I accidentally bought one movie title, then realized a bundle with that same movie plus two others was cheaper, so I bought the bundle instead. I watched one film and called the next day asking for a refund on the single purchase. Got denied because once you watch something, refunds are off the table. That's a ridiculous policy. Amazon has no problem refunding digital movies. Not giving them any more of my money.
They need to be more understanding with single moms whose kids mess with the remote and accidentally purchase movies. Even with parental controls supposedly on, my son bought a movie last month and yesterday bought another one. Neither was watched. They won't refund me even though I explained the situation. It's not much to most people but $21 is huge when you're raising two kids alone. I've emailed and tried calling and they just don't care at all!

Useless company. Won't honor promo codes, changes movie settings without permission, uses deceptive practices, and has the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. Honestly the most incompetent business I've ever encountered.
Can't give zero stars but I wish I could. Rented a movie and had buffering problems so I came back to it days later. Now it won't let me watch it. Customer support basically called me a liar about the buffering issue. Problem fixed? Nope. Refund? Nope. Now I get why everyone gives them one star. Try Redbox instead.
