They had decent prices and surprisingly actually had what I wanted in stock. The free shipping crawls at a snail's pace though, and it took several days just to process before it shipped. Everything seemed okay until I opened the box and found a used stock with resealed packaging. It was clearly pre-owned and dirty, nothing like the new item I paid for. I cleaned it up and it works, but I won't trust them again. I stopped using them years ago because of the fake in-stock situation, and this confirms my decision. I'll shop elsewhere, pay less, and get new merchandise faster.

Their "In Stock" label doesn't actually mean they have it in inventory, and customer service is pretty useless. Some orders went smoothly which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But I've waited weeks for small parts, and on one occasion they tried to swap in an inferior product at a higher price. As for support, forget about it. One hold lasted 45 minutes before I asked for a callback that never happened. Called back the next day and waited 40 minutes on hold again. Tried live chat and waited 35 minutes just to get disconnected as soon as I started typing my order info. Your best bet is ordering something you don't need urgently and hoping you don't have to contact them.

Made two separate orders because they were the only place showing availability. Both times they didn't actually have the items. First order, I called to confirm and they admitted it wasn't in stock, so I canceled. Second order, I waited until the shipping date got pushed back a fourth time before canceling. I'm done with this company. Not ordering from them again and won't even visit their site.

Got an optic with the wrong screw that stripped immediately at the range. Requested a replacement and they said they'd send one, then ghosted me. After three weeks I followed up and they claimed it would take two weeks to arrive, which is ridiculous since we're in the same state. When it finally came, it was the same stripped screw. Put it in and it was loose. I measured it, took photos and sent them everything. Tried to mount it and it stripped again. Asked for a different size screw and they completely ignored me. Totally unacceptable.

Website said 12 units available so I bought one. Immediately got an email saying it's on backorder. I asked them to cancel since they wouldn't upgrade shipping or give me an ETA, but instead of helping they removed my Black Friday discounts and took forever to ship the rest of my order. Took 10 days and no extras like stickers or coupons. Once they get your money, they couldn't care less about you.
