Watched them falsify my order status. I tried backing out of my purchase just 30 minutes after placing it, but they had already marked it as being packed within 8 minutes and refused to cancel. I knew it would sit there for days. All their messages have auto-replies that don't even address what you actually asked them. This was seriously the worst experience I've had ordering online.

Be really careful with this company! I ordered hiking shoes and got them 3 days after the date they promised. Worse than that, the shoes were the wrong size - they sent me one size up from what I actually paid for. When I asked about a return, they tried to make me cover the cost, then gave me a free label after I pushed back. I sent those shoes back on March 18th and I'm still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience and I won't be ordering from them again!

Skip this place entirely! I ordered 3 pairs of goggles to test out which ones I liked best, plus some mittens and liner gloves. Even with the low shipping cost, I waited a whole month for delivery. On top of that, they sent me the wrong color mittens and Oakley lenses instead of the actual goggles I ordered. When I tried explaining through their returns system that I needed to return everything since I couldn't test the goggles properly and this was their mistake after such a long wait, nobody reads anything and you just get the same generic response copy-pasted back. Now I can't even message them anymore and get error messages about using proper characters.

A company operating at this level shouldn't have these kinds of shipping problems. I've dealt with it myself. Almost a month since I ordered and it took 5 days longer than promised to arrive. Getting a return label was a pain and cost me over $11. My return got there days ago and still no confirmation. They've got notices all over their site about being swamped and delays being out of their hands, but those notices have been up forever. How do you believe apologies when it's been the pattern for so long? They need real changes or this company won't make it.

For a company this size, their logistics are embarrassingly bad. I ordered something 27 days ago and it took way longer than they said it would. Getting a return label took forever and cost me almost $12 out of pocket. My return arrived days ago but I've heard nothing about it being received. What's wild is they have all these little notices on their site about being overwhelmed with orders and delays, but these have been there for months now. At what point do those excuses stop being excuses and just become their normal? They need to get their act together or they won't survive much longer.

The delivery window was really long and there were unexpected transfer charges. If you need to return anything, they'll charge you those fees one more time!

Total rip-off here. I ordered back in November with a delivery date of the 23rd, and here we are in March and still nothing. I've complained multiple times and they keep telling me to fill out forms that don't even exist on their site. The postal service confirmed my package got sent back in January and I still haven't gotten anywhere.

Shipping arrived super fast, and everything came in perfect condition with no damage whatsoever.
