Ordered something on the 16th and it's now the 30th with no delivery. Sent an email requesting a refund and they declined. The tracking info hasn't budged since the 20th. Brittany from their team basically said my only option is if I receive it, I can return it myself and pay for shipping. So supposedly P.C. Richard will file a claim with the carrier, and maybe eventually I'll get my money back once that claim goes through. I worked in e-commerce and always try to give companies a chance to fix things before complaining publicly, but these people weren't interested in helping. I appreciate small businesses, but honestly the service usually ends up like this. Find another seller instead. Just go straight to the manufacturer's website.

If I could give P.C. Richards zero stars, I absolutely would because my experience has been that terrible. I bought a premium Thermador range and hood at their Princeton location. From the minute they rang up my purchase, the deception and incompetence has been nonstop. They promised a four-day delivery window, but it took 28 days to arrive. Every call to check on it resulted in the same story that it was coming by week's end, but their system couldn't give me a specific date. It's 2026 and they can't track inventory? Then suddenly when I said I wanted to cancel everything, it showed up at my house within a few days. Oh, and the hood was sold without a motor included, something nobody bothered mentioning. I spent another three weeks waiting for the motor while my contractor moved on to other work. So for over a month I had a range, hood, and motor sitting in my living room. When installation finally started, the contractor found the LP conversion kit wasn't included either. The unit went right back in the living room while waiting for that delivery too.

Found the best deal on a 50 inch TV after checking around at different stores. P.C. Richard had a better price than anybody else. John and his supervisor Wayne were laid back and professional, made the whole transaction super quick and painless. Keep having great experiences every time I visit this store.

CAUTION: Stay away from P.C. Richard for appliance orders. I purchased a new French-door refrigerator, paid for delivery, and paid to have my old one hauled away. The delivery team was reckless and impolite, and they destroyed my brand new flooring, front door, door trim, wall molding, and the refrigerator itself. You can see it all in the photos. We'd just invested a ton of money renovating our home and were thrilled to finally move in when this disaster struck. To make matters worse, when I filed a damage claim with P.C. Richard, they flat out rejected it. They won't take any responsibility and left me stuck with nearly five thousand dollars in damage costs. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I'm warning everyone to avoid them too. Even if their prices seem lower than other retailers, it's just not worth risking your home!

We spent over two grand and part of that included dishwasher installation. They took our payment without ever explaining the complications that come with dishwasher installs. For two hundred dollars they gave us a slip of paper the size of a roll of wrapping paper listing everything we bought and tons of fine print instructions. We paid for both installation and removal fees but they never mentioned these jobs would be handed off to third party contractors. When they discussed the installation, you'd think they would've brought up outsourcing it somewhere in the conversation. The dishwasher arrived with two workers who could only carry the box inside, unbox it, and if the old one wasn't sitting on the sidewalk outside, they couldn't move it. We had to wait around for another company to come move it from the living room to the kitchen, and only then if we bought additional parts on top of our two grand purchase. My suggestion is to support a local family-owned appliance shop instead. They'll be upfront about what installation actually includes rather than hiding fees in the tiny print and squeezing you for every last cent possible.

I have to agree with what other people are saying about this place. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. The phone reps were mean and actually hung up on me. They won't even help with products they sold you unless you still have your paperwork. I'm never shopping with them again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Does your company deliberately exploit disabled and elderly customers by pressuring them into predatory credit agreements with interest rates over 30% when they want to pay cash? An 83-year-old woman with disabilities went in just to buy a basic window AC unit. Your staff used aggressive tactics to force her into signing up for an unnecessary credit line instead of letting her do a simple cash purchase. On top of that, she paid way too much for the unit itself, then got charged 150 dollars for installation that took maybe five minutes. This isn't some mix-up. This is predatory behavior that looks a lot like elder financial abuse. Your practices are unethical and possibly illegal. Using high-pressure sales tactics on seniors, charging excessive fees, and pushing unnecessary financing is disgusting. Either this is official company policy or you've got employees doing this on your behalf, but either way, your customers get hurt. People considering shopping here should know what to expect if you'd treat an 83-year-old disabled woman this way.

Returns at this place are basically impossible even though their website makes it seem super easy. I emailed customer service asking if I could mail back my items since I wouldn't be around for an in-store return. They refused, claiming they couldn't process a return for a pickup order because of inventory issues. They said I'd have to go in person to one of their locations. So I went to a nearby store and attempted the return. The associate unwrapped my new items and refused to accept them, saying they don't handle electronics returns. I called customer service to double-check their actual return policy since their website clearly states they accept all electronics as long as they're unopened and unused. After being on hold and explaining everything, the rep just hung up and told me to talk to a manager. Now I'm stuck with opened merchandise that can't be returned anywhere.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Our fridge showed up on the delivery truck in a horizontal position, which is completely wrong. You're supposed to wait 24 hours before plugging in a refrigerator that's been laid flat. These guys weren't prepared with the right equipment like straps and harnesses, so instead they decided to disassemble the entire unit to make it lighter. They removed doors and drawers just to squeeze it through the front entrance. I spoke with the supervisor about this and he just shrugged and said that's their standard method. When they reassembled everything, nothing worked right. The doors wouldn't shut properly and neither would the drawers. We had a repair person come out but they couldn't fix the damage. Seriously, shop somewhere else and avoid this company entirely.

The delivery process was a complete mess. The crew didn't show during our scheduled time slot. When I called to ask what was happening, I found out they'd supposedly rescheduled us without even telling us. They still didn't arrive in the new window either. Hours later they finally got there. We'd rearranged our whole schedule for this delivery and actually lost money because of it, plus we had to waste the entire day at home waiting. The delivery guys were careless, left marks and dents on our walls, and scuffed up the paint. We're done with P.C. Richards and won't be ordering from them again.

Paid for old dishwasher removal and new dishwasher installation. Neither service was completed. Don't risk your money with this company.

Everything's been great so far! Keith made it easy from start to finish when we bought our refrigerator. The price was excellent and the delivery came right on schedule like they said. After having such a rough time with our last fridge repair, we were so glad they took the time to help us out, especially when we stopped by near closing on a Friday night. We absolutely love the new fridge!
