I stopped my subscription back in May and made it clear I didn't want any charges after that date. Yet months later, I got hit with an annual renewal charge I never authorized. No warning email or reminder came before they took the money either, so I had no chance to stop it. I asked for a refund right away, which proves I didn't agree to this. This is really concerning because companies shouldn't be able to charge after someone cancels without giving proper notice beforehand. It violates basic consumer protection standards that require clear communication about recurring payments and automatic renewals.

If you're thinking about signing up, definitely put the renewal date on your calendar. If it slips your mind, don't expect to get your money back when they charge you.

The customer service is unacceptable and they refuse to give back money on a year-long subscription purchased just one day ago.

Customer service here is awful. My wife thought she cancelled everything back in 2022 but they kept charging her card without her knowing. Two days ago a $240 charge showed up. She caught it and cancelled right away, but apparently that was too late. All we wanted was that one renewal refunded since she was already taking a loss on two years of charges she didn't realize were happening. The coach who signed her up initially wasn't trustworthy either. Even though she believed she cancelled her account, stuff kept going. This company is basically running a scam and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Stay away.

Really enjoy using Beachbody on Demand. Super easy to access whether I'm working out on my computer or using my mobile device.

This program is fantastic. I've been with them for a decade and my health and daily life are so much better because of it.

These workouts are incredible. Never thought I could get this pumped about exercising before. Completed several amazing programs like Insanity, Lift4, The Prep, The Work, and 10-Rounds that have totally transformed my body and fitness. Now it's something I do every single day.

Beachbody is seriously the best. Nearly two years in and I'm working out almost every day. With all the different programs available, there's no way to get tired of what I'm doing. The absolute best part is that I get amazing workouts without ever leaving my house. Absolutely love it.

Over the years, Beachbody keeps improving with new workouts and features added regularly. I've been using their programs for more than 8 years and have had a subscription for over 5. There's honestly something for everyone no matter what your fitness level or lifestyle looks like. Through 3 pregnancies and now at 34, I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to the tools this company provides. Telling everyone I know how great it is.

Love the variety in your program lineup. Would love to see the Blog get updated more frequently since I check it regularly for tips. Also wish BodGroups were easier to access. Since I don't use social media, I don't always see when groups are available to join. Right now I'm recovering from shoulder surgery but I'm excited to get started with Barre Blend to rebuild my flexibility and balance, then move on to MBF. Lots of good things ahead.

I'm obsessed with everything about Beachbody. MM100 was fantastic with the awesome variety of routines, and Barre Blend became something I genuinely adored because the instructor's message really spoke to me when I needed it. MBF and MBFA have made me feel incredibly strong. Just started 10 Rounds and already love it. What's great is that each program comes with its own music so I don't have to worry about that. The 2B Mindset has helped me stay consistent like never before. Recently I've noticed less new content and miss some of the studio sessions, but overall this company has completely changed my life for the better and helped me become my best self.

Really enjoying this program. There are tons of different workouts available to choose from. In just two months I've seen better changes than I ever got from other nutrition plans. My coach is fantastic and the community support is wonderful. The supplements are excellent too and really work for me. I've never had any issues dealing with their support team.
