Ordered and paid for my items on January 31st. I've sent multiple contact forms and emails over several weeks trying to track down my package with no reply. There's no phone line, so you just have to hope they respond about the stuff you paid for.

Make sure to check the reviews before you buy. This is the second time my order came missing items worth more than fifty dollars. The first time it took three months to get my money back and I had to send plenty of follow up messages. The majority of their reviews show unhappy customers. This is not how a professional company should operate.

I've been a repeat customer for quite a while. During their Black Friday sale, I spent a hundred seventy-five dollars on items. When it arrived, only four of my ten items were there. I contacted them saying I didn't want my money back, I wanted the products I actually ordered. But they refunded me and told me to buy the items again at full price. I think they did this intentionally because they didn't want to honor the sale pricing. It's bizarre because most businesses would just send the missing items to keep a good customer happy. Based on other feedback, it seems like they regularly skip fulfilling discounted orders. If you don't want to offer Black Friday deals, then don't. I wasted time putting together that order on their site for nothing. How they treated a loyal customer was really disappointing. They won't see me as a customer again.

The bottle design for their laundry detergent and fabric softener is absolutely terrible. There's no way to pour it without making a mess everywhere, no matter how carefully you do it. They tell you to use the lids as measuring cups, but when you screw the lid back on, product runs down the sides and drips all over the place. You can't prevent it. It's the worst packaging design I've ever dealt with. Shouldn't need to buy a different container just to use the product without spilling it all over my laundry room. I'm done with this company, what a disaster!
