Now they're asking me to throw out the bed base before they'll process my refund. They cause the problem, refuse to fix it quickly, then want me to dispose of it and just hope they actually give me my money back eventually. Hard pass.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. The chat support staff were the worst. I tried ordering something that showed as available online several different times, but my order kept getting cancelled because the item wasn't actually in stock. They made excuses about the system not being updated weekly, even though they claim to update it constantly. I asked about when things would be back in stock but got put on hold and forgotten. When I finally got the item ordered, an email said 7-10 business days to ship even though their site promises one day shipping. They said they'd email when it ships, but nothing came. My order number wouldn't show any status updates either. When I contacted support again, they said it was cancelled because the parts were out of stock - but the website still shows them available! I never got a cancellation email notification and my card is still going to be charged. This is unacceptable and I won't suggest them to anyone.

Don't buy Zinus beds. After getting ours delivered, we discovered the center support beam was manufactured a full centimeter shorter than it should've been. They then demanded proof that we'd donated their defective bed to get our money back. This is hands down the worst customer service we've encountered buying furniture anywhere. Don't buy from them.

My cover got dirty so I washed it. It didn't clean properly and the zipper on the back ended up breaking. Since I'd had the mattress for nearly five years, I asked if I could buy a new cover. They refused and said they don't sell covers separately. I still have copies of all our email conversations.
