I had a really rough experience with this company and I wish I could say my story was unique but I have a feeling it's not. My package got lost in the mail by the carrier twice. They weren't great about reaching out to me directly and I felt like my case should've been handed to someone who specializes in solving these kinds of problems. Eventually I had to contact my bank to get my money back. After all that they sent me an apology email with a coupon for 35 dollars except it really only knocked off ten bucks and the rest was limited to future purchases anyway. I see all these great reviews on here but I'm pretty certain they're not showing you the full picture of what happens when things go wrong. They'll tell you about all the things they supposedly did to make it right, but if they actually tried their hardest I'd be wearing the stuff I ordered. The simplest fix would've been to just use a better shipping service. I wouldn't be leaving another negative review if I hadn't just gotten another message saying the package arrived at a facility in March. How irritating is that? There's no actual package and I have zero proof one ever existed in the first place.
