These sheets are seriously the best I've ever owned. They're incredibly soft, luxurious, and beautifully made in such an understated way. Washed it properly in a large capacity machine with gentle settings and it immediately started leaking batting from the seams. Contacted them with videos of the problem and they sent another one, saying they'd speak to manufacturing. The replacement has the identical issue and keeps getting worse. The pilling is out of control with no logical explanation. Stuffing somehow comes through the outer material in places where there aren't even seams or openings. I've spent countless hours de-pilling and cleaning hoping the shedding phase would end, but it doesn't improve. The whole thing looks worn and tired constantly. It's honestly a nightmare and not cooling at all despite what they advertise. The nice feel it had fresh from the box vanishes right after washing regardless of drying method. Avoid completely. This shouldn't cost more than fifty dollars if that. I wish I could send it back for a full refund because I'm out my money.

I'd return it if I could because this company owes me my money back.

This feels like a total scam to me. They promote a 7 day free trial, but when I tried to use it, they didn't give me a return label. I reached out asking for one and they said I could only get a refund if I donated the item to a local thrift store myself. That directly contradicts their stated return policy about providing free return shipping labels.

Terrible experience. Sent back a product but now they're ignoring my messages and won't process my overdue refund. The delivery carrier confirmed my return made it back to them and I have proof, yet they still refuse to refund my money. This company is basically keeping my payment. I'd warn everyone to steer clear.
