Bought ski boots from the Hemel location last year for my first skiing trip. They molded them to my feet, but I kept saying they felt too snug. I always go up a size each year. I tried selling them afterward and discovered they were actually molded for a UK 8.5, when I'm normally a UK 10. The staff member was very pushy about me keeping them as is. My 8000 pound skiing vacation was basically ruined because my feet were in pain the whole time. It was a four hundred pound loss and a disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service at the Hemel Hempstead location. When I walked in, nobody seemed interested in helping, everyone was avoiding eye contact. I asked to try on ski boots and was told I'd need to book a slot for an hour and a half that cost £50 (which would be credited toward boots). They said no slots were available and basically told me I should've checked online before driving over an hour to get there. Right as I was leaving, suddenly there was a cancellation. By that point though, I'd already lost faith in them. I've been skiing for over three decades and know how boots should feel without needing all that hassle. I left and won't be going back.

Ordered ski pants on April 15th as a birthday gift for my son, spent 280 pounds on them. Still haven't received them months later. I've called and emailed customer service repeatedly and even went to the Blue Water location in person hoping to track them down. The customer service team is just not equipped to handle this. The company claims the pants were dispatched, DHL says they never got them, and I'm stuck trying to figure out where my order is. This place is a disaster and doesn't seem to care about their customers. Would not recommend.

We brought a ski helmet back to the store because something wasn't right with it. The manager took one look and swapped it out immediately without any questions. Way better than what we expected after our initial phone call. We've been shopping there regularly and this really turned things around for us. Really appreciate it.

No pressure, no rushing, just focused on getting us sorted properly. After testing them out skiing, I came back and they even did custom stretching on specific spots. The whole process from purchase to follow up care was handled brilliantly. Definitely coming back for more gear before the season kicks off.

Been visiting the Didsbury location over the last couple months for hiking gear. First trip Sam helped me find the perfect boots, then Jay assisted me with pants and other items on my second visit. Both were genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, so I wanted to give them a shout out.
