Placed an order for pet food back in late November and paid over $140 for it. Still haven't gotten anything. When I try calling, they say they're too busy and keep directing me to email instead. They claim the courier has it, but the courier says they never got it. It's been a frustrating experience and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I've emailed this company multiple times over the last several months about their unreliable delivery times and they just ignore me. Their site says Standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days, but I've NEVER gotten anything that fast. They completely ignore complaints about this, which is awful. I've wasted so much time waiting around, bought backup supplies elsewhere, and been completely ghosted. Just tried emailing again about it being months since my first complaint and the email bounced back saying the address doesn't exist. Yet their website shows this exact email address! As for the product itself, the price has been climbing steadily over the past eight months from around $8 to over $13 for the same amount. That's a 56 percent increase! Is that really how you keep customers loyal? I'm taking my business elsewhere.

This is now the second time they've messed up my delivery. Previously, they said everything was in stock and promised next day delivery, but once I paid, they told me the warehouse didn't actually have the stuff and I'd have to wait. Since we operate a dog care business, we placed a big order and had to run to a supermarket for food. We tried again with a smaller order in late October that was supposed to arrive in two business days. That date got pushed back and now it's several days late with still no sign of it. We've had to make another emergency supermarket run. They're not dependable and we won't be using them going forward.

When my local shop closed, I couldn't find my cats' brand of food anywhere except here. So I set up an account and signed up for regular shipments. Problem is, almost every delivery has been late and wrong. The first shipment showed up with double the quantity and they charged me for it without asking. The second arrived damaged in a box with tears and holes. Most recently it was late again and had dog food instead of cat food. Getting customer service is a pain - the online chat keeps dropping and wouldn't let me upload the photos they asked for. When I finally got someone on the phone and asked for overnight or expedited shipping for the right order, they said they couldn't do that. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out a new food for my cats that won't upset their sensitive stomachs. It's ridiculous that a company can be this unreliable.

I bought a companion for my male parakeet from them and they sold me a bird that's clearly sick. She puffs herself up and sleeps all the time. She eats okay but I'm really worried she might not make it. From what I've read online, she probably needs antibiotics. Other parakeet owners are upset I didn't quarantine her first, but I didn't think that was necessary. I think the store should at least provide some medicine to help her out.

This has to be the best pet shop in the Jacksonville area! The store manager really went out of his way to help us get what we needed for our Macaw and for the four ferrets we ended up bringing home, making sure we had all the proper supplies. The whole team there knows their stuff and treats you right. Brooke was fantastic too! You can tell the animals are well cared for, friendly, and socialized. Everyone working there is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for making our pet adoption experience awesome!

Don't bother with this company. Getting them on the phone is nearly impossible. Their customer service department is completely chaotic and appears to be falling apart. I've been hung up on, encountered dead phone lines, and the whole operation just seems disorganized. Not worth the headache.

Went to pick up some fish at the local location and had to wait about 15 minutes while one employee helped another customer. The manager and another staff member were just hanging out by the front counter. I've been a regular there before and they used to take care of me quickly. I heard the old manager who always helped is gone now, which is disappointing. The store isn't even that busy, so it seems like bad business to turn customers away. I'm thinking twice about going back unless things improve.

I ordered mid-December and by the time the week ended I still hadn't gotten anything. I called and found out that because I'd put the wrong weight for the wormer, they put a hold on it. They claimed they'd contacted me but couldn't find the email from when they supposedly tried. I removed the wormer to try to speed things up, but then they said they still had no clue when the food would show up. This is the second delivery that's been held up. Last time, both the store and the delivery company just kept blaming each other. It would honestly be faster to ship something from overseas. I'm done using them.

I placed an order in mid-August but had trouble entering my card information, so I emailed for help. Got an automated message saying the website was having issues and I'd hear back within 48 hours. That never happened. I also called twice and spent about 10 minutes on hold each time listening to music. Still haven't heard from anyone and I have no idea if my payment even went through or if my order is actually being processed. Really disappointed and won't be ordering from them anymore.

I've made several purchases here and have even told friends about them. My only complaint happened when they didn't let me know one item was out of stock ahead of time. Once I realized I wasn't getting it, I reached out to customer service and got a quick refund. Everything else has shown up on time and the team was really great to work with. Would definitely recommend to other people looking for pet supplies.

Got some flea treatment for our cat and it was way cheaper than what our local vet or pet shops were charging. Showed up in just a couple days, so we'll definitely be back for future purchases.
