Whenever I try to check out with items on sale, the price jumps back up to full price with no explanation. The shipping costs are crazy and returning anything feels like a hassle. I browse their stuff all the time and think I'm getting deals, but then the pricing glitches and outrageous shipping fees stop me from buying.

Got a solar battery that was the wrong size, so I asked about returning it. They sent me a return label and I shipped it back in January. It's almost the end of March now and still no refund. These people are crooks! Don't fall for it.

They advertise all these amazing deals like 30 percent off over 129 dollars and 25 percent off codes, but good luck getting them to actually work. I placed a 163 dollar order with nothing applied. I tried other promo codes that supposedly went through but my price stayed the same. Turns out the thing I wanted was blocked from every promotion. When I asked customer service about it, they told me it was already the lowest price available so no discounts possible. Then why even advertise them? Feels like bait and switch with the details hidden away. Later I found the exact same product from the maker directly for 127 plus free shipping, and on another site for 149 with free shipping. So calling it the cheapest anywhere was completely false. Not shopping there again.

Placed my order on April 8th and it's now April 14th. Still sitting here with no shipping update. Way too slow.

I'm giving one star only because zero isn't available. I ordered two blankets and three hours later got a promo email. I called right away and spoke to someone who said I could use that promotion and that they'd send out the farrier kit. My blankets came but no kit. A week later I called back and they said they had notes to ship it and promised someone would call within three hours to confirm. After three days with no call, I rang them again. This time they said since I bought the blankets before the email arrived, I wasn't eligible for the promo after all. Really? I'm returning everything and buying from a company that actually values customers.

Ordered something almost three weeks back and never even got an order confirmation. Two weeks went by before I reached out to ask where my stuff was. They said it would be at least four business days before they could even create a shipping label. The tracking number they gave me shows it hasn't shipped yet and I'm waiting to see what excuse they come up with next.

When I complained, they wouldn't refund the shipping at first but finally did. They promised to reship on Monday for Tuesday arrival. Instead they sent just one dose, and it arrived hot and late again. They charged me another 30 dollars plus tax. I called immediately and they refused to give me back the money or reship the rest. Now I'm two weeks behind on vaccines. When I pushed back about the awful service, the rep started yelling over me and hung up. Do not give this company your money.

That customer service phone number doesn't actually work. It's connected to some medical alert sales pitch which is total bait and switch. Can't actually get the discount they claim you won. Two hours trying to complete my purchase and the whole thing was impossible to navigate. Never again with these people.

Really disappointed by their return policy. I bought a dog rain jacket for my French Bulldog and the small was almost okay, so I got a medium. The jump in size was crazy. Returning a 26 dollar item shouldn't be hard, but they won't cover shipping and wanted 11.50 just to send me a label. I kept it instead and I'm trying to sell it on Facebook to recover the loss. That's not right.

Don't bother with Stateline Tack and go local instead. They say free returns but that's just small print nonsense. I had to pay 13 dollars to return half chaps that didn't fit and weren't stretchy like they claimed. Plus I spent 40 minutes at the post office. Now I'm without the chaps and out the money. Go support a real local shop.
