I didn't get a discount I had coming to me. It took way too many back and forths with their support team before I even got a response. Once they did reply, they basically did nothing to help me out or even acknowledge there was a real problem with my experience as a first time buyer. Pretty disappointing. To make matters worse, they actually admitted the issue was on their end with the website glitching. Their response made it clear they weren't going to do anything about it. I'd definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

The customer service here really impressed me! I ordered a discovery bundle of their body mists and got it in four days. When I opened it, one bottle was half empty. I sent them a message through the website about it and they got back to me two days later. Not only that, they shipped out a completely free replacement bundle within 48 hours. That's the kind of service you don't see often! The body mists are great too and I'll definitely be ordering again.

Major ripoff warning! I tried canceling my order immediately after buying but they wouldn't process the cancellation on my card. Then they promised me a refund directly to my account and sent super friendly emails saying everything was handled. I believed them, but spoiler alert, that was the last I heard from them. My money's gone and they disappeared.

I can't believe some of the reviews trashing this brand. The Santal body wash and deodorant are literally the only scents I wear anymore and they're perfect with my skin chemistry. Living down here in Florida where it gets crazy hot, I need something that actually works and this does exactly that. I've been a loyal user for three years straight.

I got the small trial set to check things out. The fragrances smell lovely and the texture is smooth, but it just doesn't actually work as a deodorant for my body. In my 45 years I've never had this problem, but this is the first time I'm genuinely having odor issues.

Got the liquid bath soap and while it has good lather, there's basically no scent to it at all. Didn't leave me feeling clean or refreshed afterward. For the price you're paying, you'd expect much better results.

Over several months of using their deodorants, I had a bad reaction to them. I'd bought quite a few different ones. Nobody mentioned upfront that these contain baking soda, which I'm pretty sure is what caused my reaction after ruling out other possibilities. I've needed medication to deal with the irritation and once I stopped using the product my skin finally calmed down, but not before dealing with serious pain and discomfort.

Total waste of money. Some celebrity I can't remember said these products were the best in a magazine, but now I'm wondering if they were paid to say that. I bought their Vetiver and Bergamot body washes and they barely smell like anything when you use them, plus the pump dispenser is annoying. Sure they lather up okay but you're basically paying premium prices for fancy soap and nothing more. I also grabbed their face wash and deodorant which were both completely useless. Don't believe the hype on this one! To everyone defending this product, I'm guessing you spend your day sitting at a desk because this stuff just doesn't cut it if you're actually moving around and sweating. Anyone who claims it lasts two whole days is straight up lying. If you're active throughout the day, you'll be disappointed.

This company is running a scam on international customers with zero way to contact anyone about complaints. They should honestly face legal action for how they operate.

I had my hopes up for this natural deodorant and it was working great for the first month. But then something changed and it started making me way smellier than I've ever been. I'm not normally a smelly person at all, but when I apply this now I get really bad odor very quickly.
