Ordered some expensive chocolate as a birthday gift. The delivery was returned even though someone was home to receive it. The company never told me the shipment bounced back and then refused to let me pick it up in an alternate way. They also won't give me a refund even though nothing was delivered. I'd recommend finding another company.

Ordered chocolates for Valentine's Day and paid extra for 2-day shipping. The shipping label printed on February 10th, but by the delivery date on February 12th, it still hadn't been handed off to the carrier. Godiva only refunded the shipping charge and refused to give me my money back for the chocolates. I don't have a product and I don't have a Valentine's gift, but they kept my money. Really poor service. Won't be shopping here again.

The truffles have gotten smaller compared to what they used to be, and there are fewer in each box. The overall quality isn't what it was before. Customers definitely notice when they're getting less product for more money. I'm done with them. You're clearly trying to improve profits, but you're going to lose loyal customers this way. I won't be ordering again since there are plenty of competitors offering better quality and pricing.

Terrible experience overall. I grabbed a couple boxes during a promotion but they arrived with only 8 days left before expiring. I placed my order on June 17th and they expired June 24th. As someone who's been loyal for years, getting nearly expired chocolate is really disappointing. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me because it was a promotional purchase. Got really frustrated when my online order got canceled without any heads up from them. I only found out after waiting a few days when nothing shipped, so I had to call and ask what happened. Apparently items were out of stock, but they didn't even offer me a discount code or expedited shipping as a goodwill gesture. Don't bother buying Godiva gift cards. Their website won't let you use a gift card and a credit card together on the same purchase. So if your card balance is less than your total or you have leftover funds, you're stuck. Godiva keeps whatever money is left over.
