I eventually got one on the phone and she was worse - actively making things harder. Once I mentioned disputing the charge with AMEX, she completely shut down and said she couldn't help anymore. Turns out that was solid advice. AMEX handled my dispute professionally and refunded me completely as they should have. Don't touch this company.
I received a fruit box as a gift and immediately had to throw away about a quarter of it because the fruit was rotten.
