I had a problem where my card got charged for some e-cards I didn't purchase. Reached out to their support team and worked with someone named Ale who really put in the effort to dig into what happened. The whole situation was resolved really well. Ale stayed on top of my messages and confirmed I'd get my money back, which actually did happen.

This is a respectable business. I ran into some technical issues on my side, but they reached out proactively to help me troubleshoot, and when nothing worked they just refunded my payment right away.
