inez.com Reviews
Inez.com shoppers are deeply divided on the brand. Supporters praise the shoes for exceptional comfort, particularly highlighting styles like the Alta pumps and Sofia, and commend the company's customer service for being helpful and knowledgeable. However, a substantial portion of reviewers report serious quality concerns, with complaints about leather peeling after minimal wear, packaging that damages shoes upon arrival, and durability issues that don't align with the premium price point. Several customers have also experienced frustrating customer service problems, including unresponded refund requests and lack of communication after returns.
The most consistent complaint involves quality control and value for money. Shoppers who expected high-end durability at premium prices felt disappointed when shoes showed signs of wear quickly or arrived damaged. While some customers remain loyal repeat buyers, others feel the brand's marketing about comfort and quality doesn't match their actual experience, particularly given the substantial cost.
Grabbed the black suede Alta pumps and wow, they're the most comfortable pumps I've ever put on! I'm definitely planning to pick up several more pairs when I can swing it!
I just got my fifth pair of Inez shoes and I've had trouble this time. I grabbed the Mia black suede sling backs for some holiday parties. I loved every other pair, but when this one arrived the packaging and the stick they use to keep the sling back strap in place stretched out the elastic gore and made the shoes unwearable. They fell right off when I tried them on in my house. Inez said they don't do replacements or refunds if shoes have been worn and sent me a link to a cobbler in New York, even though I'm in Georgia. They said if I got them fixed and sent a receipt they'd reimburse me. The closest cobbler is over 20 miles away. So that's it for me and Inez. They won't be getting my business again.
Absolutely awful experience with this company. I bought a pair of shoes in early December and sent it back, but they never confirmed getting it, customer service went silent, and I haven't gotten my money back or even gotten an update on what's happening. They basically kept my $250.
I have to give huge props to this company for both their shoes and their customer service. I talked to someone on their team today and they were super helpful and knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice to talk to. The shoes themselves are in the top two most comfortable high-end options I've ever tried. I especially loved the Sofia style, which I wore to an event out of state. I've worn lots of heels so I brought bandages like always, but I had these on for almost five hours with zero discomfort or problems. They looked amazing and didn't even need a break-in. The Camilla is another winner for me. I really appreciate how much care they put into their products. Keep doing what you're doing, you're crushing it.
I really should've looked at the other reviews first, this is so disappointing. They looked really cute when they arrived and seemed pretty comfortable. I'd been seeing their marketing everywhere about how comfy and well-made they are so I finally took the plunge during the Black Friday sale. But the quality for that price tag? Makes no sense. I wore them for one day just in my office on carpet, didn't even go outside, and the leather is already cracking and peeling at the toe. Other reviewers mentioned the same thing where the bottom separates from the sole. For $300 that feels like a con. I'm frustrated and not sure where to go from here. I wanted to be happy with them but the whole thing has been really upsetting.
Two stars only because these weren't totally uncomfortable, but they're definitely not amazingly comfortable either. The real problem is the quality doesn't justify the price. After wearing them just twice, the leather started peeling off the heel. When I reached out, the company told me that's just normal for their shoes and suggested I pay a cobbler to fix them. I have other designer heels and I've never had leather peel like that, especially not in the first week. Super let down since I was thinking about buying more styles.
I grabbed a pair in early 2024. Wore them for 15 minutes and they seemed okay so I took the sticker off. After another 30 minutes they were absolutely brutal on my feet. Hands down the worst heels I've ever owned. So let down especially since they advertise comfort and they're pricey. For over a year they've just been taking up space in my closet. I can't throw them out, feel like I'm throwing cash away, but can't get anyone to buy them either, and I wouldn't wish these on someone anyway. No clue what to do with them. When I contacted their support they mentioned taking them to a cobbler in New York and they'd cover it, but if I'm dropping $300 on shoes I shouldn't have to hunt down a repair shop and deal with all that. I want a refund. Really disappointed. I'd never shop here again and would never tell anyone else to either.
The customer service was fantastic! I ran into a problem and they took care of it super fast. They actually seemed like they wanted to help.
Fraudulent operation, stay away! They charge crazy restocking fees, accidentally sent me 5 pairs when I only ordered one (sent duplicates), charged me for 6 pairs total, and now want $160 just to return them. It's outrageous! Plus the shoes aren't even comfortable like they claim.
The Paz70 Stretch boot looks beautiful. I tried them around the house and they felt good so I decided to keep them. But when I wore them to a concert last week, my feet were in agony halfway through. That's rough for a brand that claims to make comfortable heels, which is literally why I bought them in the first place. When I emailed about it, they said they don't take returns on worn shoes. That's a pretty terrible policy. These shoes are supposed to be comfortable and they're expensive. For me, they were actually really uncomfortable. So we're talking about a bad product and even worse customer service. Fair warning to anyone thinking about it.
Had a really good experience overall. I picked up the silver Yvonne mules and the arch support bothers me just a little bit. I dialed their office and actually got a real person who helped me order a new pair in half a size bigger at no extra cost. At the same time someone else from their team sent me a thoughtful email offering a free UPS label if I wanted to return the first pair, but I could take my time comparing them first. What business does that these days?! The bigger size turned out not to be the answer so I'm going to stick with my original size. A buddy of mine has two pairs of their shoes and has bad feet issues and she absolutely loves them, so if you have foot problems or arch concerns, these might be perfect for you. I don't have any foot stuff so I'm not sure the extra padding is necessary for me, but I really can't say enough about how well they treated me. When everyone else is outsourcing customer service or you can't even get a response, the way Inez took care of me really stood out. They didn't know anything about me or what I do, yet they still went above and beyond. That says a lot about how they treat customers.
Such a letdown for the price. I really can't recommend these shoes and I'm incredibly frustrated with my purchase, especially at that price point. Five hundred dollars essentially wasted. The arch support is decent, but it doesn't make up for how poorly these shoes are constructed. They fit way too small and narrow. Inez knows about this problem and their support team told me to size up half a size, but why don't they just use normal sizing from the start? I ended up going up a full size just to get my foot in them, and now there's almost an inch of extra material bunching up at the heel, making it super obvious in an open sandal that I'm wearing the wrong size. The Isabel block heels show this excess length really clearly and look cheap because of it. The Isabels are fine otherwise so it's unfortunate they weren't made to fit properly. With my Marisol 90 booties, bumping up half a size didn't help one bit. Even after having a cobbler stretch them twice, I get pain immediately when I wear them. Looking back, the fact that their marketing is basically all Instagram ads and you can't find any reviews anywhere on their actual site are major warning signs for a brand that clearly doesn't stand behind what they're selling.
Skip this place entirely. I ordered 4 pairs and every single one had bad fit and was uncomfortable. They don't perform like they say they do. On top of that, my refund is taking forever. I've been waiting 30 days even though they already got the shoes back. Nobody picked up the phone or answered emails. I had to do a chargeback to try to get my money back. Trust me, don't waste your time like I did. These shoes just aren't worth the hassle.
Total ripoff! I spent $250 on a pair of pumps that were constantly shoved in my face on Instagram. I wish I could show pictures of how badly these heels were put together. The leather was all bunched and wrinkled along the outside of the shoe and the same issue was on the part covering the heel.
