What really bothers me is how awful their customer service is. They're rude, they give you bad information, and then act like it's somehow your fault even when you have emails proving otherwise. The website is terrible too because there's literally no way to change or cancel an order online. You're stuck calling their representatives who are honestly horrible to deal with.

I'd wanted a quip toothbrush for a while but my budget just didn't allow for it since I'm on a fixed income. Luckily I got one as a Christmas gift, which was wonderful. My one issue is with how they handled the toothpaste. They said it was complimentary, but then when I said I didn't want it, they told me I'd save $5 on my next refill instead. So technically it wasn't actually free, was it? That was resolved pretty easily though. Setting that aside, I'm genuinely happy with my quip toothbrushes. My husband gave me his old one, so now I have one for travel and one for daily use and I love them both.
