Got a square tin as a gift. The cookies tasted pretty flat and bland overall. Also what I thought was chocolate chip turned out to be raisin, which was unexpected. Wouldn't pick these for myself or order them.

My relative sent these to me as a gift. The cookies were just average, honestly homemade ones blow them away. The brownies came individually wrapped but tasted awful no matter which one I tried. Ended up giving some away and throwing the rest out. Would never recommend as a gift. Not the relative's fault, just thought the brand would deliver better quality.

They really messed this up! My holiday gift orders came with a generic greeting that didn't even have my name on it, and the tag said someone else's name instead of mine. Super frustrated! When I contacted a manager about fixing it, he didn't offer any real help and never even called me back. I'm done with this company. And this wasn't just one shipment, it was three separate orders ruined.

Haven't actually gotten to taste the cookies because there was a major mix up with my order. I ordered two tins of GLUTEN FREE cookies and brownies for a family member with celiac disease. The packing slip and order both said gluten free but what arrived was a tin of coffee cakes and a tin of assorted cookies instead. Not a single item I paid for, and neither was the cookie and brownie mix. The company brags that their gluten free stuff gets made in a separate facility, so this kind of error is pretty scary. If my family member had eaten regular cookies without noticing, it could have been a serious health issue.

Really disappointed after spending almost $40 including shipping for just 8 cookies. The listing made it sound like the tin would have eight of each flavor, which turned out to be wrong. Gave it as a gift and it felt like a total rip off. Way too much money for such a small amount. Won't be ordering again.

I've ordered twice and both times the delivery got pushed back. When it showed up, the box was filthy, the dry ice had already melted, and everything reeked. Called customer service and got zero help from the rep. Her whole attitude was dismissive. For what these cookies cost, they shouldn't arrive smelling like that. Won't order from them again.

The 10 inch Viennese Sachertorte is truly delicious and looks beautiful. Unfortunately we ordered through Amazon and they really dropped the ball. My wife ordered it for my birthday with a specific delivery date for a surprise party the following week. Instead Amazon sent it overnight and it got banged up in transit. Now we have an amazing cake that won't stay fresh that long, and the whole surprise got ruined because Amazon shipped it early. They won't take responsibility and just blame David's and UPS.

Got a metal tin of cookies for Christmas and waited to eat them. Didn't notice the instructions on the bottom of the box until later saying to eat soon or freeze. By then they'd gotten stale. That's a terrible place to put important info. Had to throw them out. Can't believe how much I paid for that.

Don't bother. Your money's better spent elsewhere. Even the grocery store has better options!

Even Subway's cookies are better! These had way too much sugar and the texture was off. Felt like a waste of cash. Wanted to try them first before ordering gifts and after tasting these I won't be ordering them again, sale or no sale.

These arrived as a birthday gift and they were fantastic. Each cookie was moist and rich and absolutely delicious. Since it was a gift I'm not sure what the price point was.

What a letdown. I bought cookie dough through QVC and it was supposed to arrive with dry ice for proper cooling. Instead, they only put in a small gel pack that the maker admitted would stay cold for maybe 8 hours. After spending days in shipment during summer without dry ice, my dough showed up warm. That's a real problem since raw eggs in warm dough could actually make someone sick.

Ordered a fancy layered dessert through QVC in early February for Valentine's Day. The package didn't even ship for a few days, then it sat in a warehouse for over a week! By the time I got it after being notified of delays every single day, the dry ice was gone, everything was warm, and the dessert had spoiled. Their policy says frozen items must arrive within 24 hours but this took forever. Had nothing to serve to my friends on Valentine's Day. Totally unreliable.

We bought several tins of their oversized chocolate chip cookies as Christmas gifts. Opened one for ourselves and found the cookies totally crumbled into pieces. Checked with friends who got the same product and theirs arrived broken too. Really disappointing. Only option at Costco was to return them to the store. Not buying these again.
