I really tried to love this thing and used both versions over several years. Started with the Move, sold it, then bought a used Studio. But nothing ever got fixed, and after three years I'm done. They keep adding random new features instead of fixing basic problems like weight detection, watch connectivity, and filtering options. There's potential here, especially if you're renting, and I kept hoping they'd improve things. But when core stuff is broken, new classes come out super slowly, and there's zero improvement after years, I finally gave up. They won't tell you anything about what they're working on or why things stay broken. And to cancel you have to jump through the chat system.

This machine and the service are both terrible. I bought two Tempo products, the large Studio and the Lite, hoping the second one would be better. Both of them had audio problems. The Studio's speaker was blown out so I couldn't hear the instructor. With the Lite, every time I put my phone in the dock, the sound cuts off completely. I emailed the company for months with no response. When they finally got back to me, I tried every troubleshooting step and nothing worked. I don't mind having the weights sit around unused, but I shouldn't have to keep paying the monthly fee for a broken service. Oh but they locked me into a twelve month contract for this faulty machine. I'm being charged over forty dollars monthly for classes I can't even use because the device won't function.

Been using this machine for a year now. The concept sounded good but what you actually get isn't even close to what they promise. The hardware quality is terrible. I've contacted support multiple times and they even sent a technician, but now there are wires hanging out from underneath the machine. My wifi connection to it remains awful no matter what. The classes are decent, but the machine itself has issues. Apple Watch hardly ever connects. The rep counter doesn't work consistently. The trainers demonstrate moves but don't really work out with you or challenge themselves. The music volume is too quiet and can't be increased. For the price you're paying, you're not getting what you think you are. They push you to buy extra gear but the workouts barely use them. Plus all the on-the-go classes are stripped down versions.
