I had a terrible allergic reaction to the Don't Despair repair shampoo and conditioner. I washed my hair in the shower like normal and right away got an intense itchy reaction on my scalp. Since the product ran down my body in the shower, my back, arms, and legs all started itching badly too. Plus, I experienced serious hair loss with strands coming out from the roots. I'm hoping my hair bounces back to normal soon. This has been my worst experience with a hair product ever, and I've been doing this for over a decade as a professional stylist.

Seriously, do not buy this. I've been using the scalp revival line and it's made my hair dry, brittle, and itchy. On top of that, I got a rash on my neck and ears. For a product at this price point, the results are just awful. I had to throw the whole thing away. Be warned that this could cause an allergic reaction.

I'm really upset about my experience with Briogeo. Their products damaged my hair badly, and my daughters' hair suffered too. The results were nothing like what they promised. When I contacted the company about the damage, they weren't helpful at all. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept pushing back and telling me I was using the products wrong, as if I somehow caused the damage myself. That was infuriating. When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused and only offered a $100 store credit, which is ridiculous since I'd never use their stuff again. The way they refused to take any responsibility really made me lose all faith in this brand. Anyone thinking about buying from them should seriously reconsider. The hair damage combined with their terrible service made this a really regrettable purchase.

Save your money. The shampoo is way too watery and the conditioner is basically a thick paste. Honestly the worst products I've ever used. I tried reaching out to the company to complain but they never got back to me.

If zero stars was an option, I'd give it. The shipping is painfully slow and they have basically zero customer service team. There's no phone line, so if something goes wrong with your order or you need a delivery update, you're out of luck. Honestly, you probably won't even get your stuff. Shop at Sephora instead. I don't even want to buy this brand anywhere else at this point. If you're a real company, you need an actual customer service phone line. An unresponsive email address is not going to get you good reviews, period.
