I seriously think they're buying fake reviews because the wigs I got are terrible. Mine was shedding like crazy, the lace wasn't actually glueless, and it was way too big. They offered me ten dollars as a solution which is insulting. These people are scamming customers out of money. The wig looks cheap, it's frizzy, and the hair quality is just bad. They're not being honest about their products at all. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered what was supposed to be a newborn hairline kinky straight 360 wig but received a frontal with a completely different hairline style than what's shown on the website. After reaching out to customer service and sending photos, they only responded with a picture and then went silent. I'm extremely frustrated because this is clearly not the 360 wig I paid for. A real 360 wig wouldn't have weaving down the middle like this does. The frontal itself looks nothing like the advertisement either. This is unacceptable and they're not delivering the products they claim to sell.

I really can't recommend this company. They sent me the wrong size even though the website says medium is standard. Getting them to exchange it was a hassle, and they wanted me to pay for return shipping too. After I shipped it back and spent $130, they refused to refund the shipping cost. The package ended up being refused at the address they provided, and now I'm stuck. I've lost the full cost of the wig plus $130 in shipping, and I have no way to get it back without paying even more. The customer service here is terrible and they don't stick to their own policies. I had bought from them before with no problems, but this experience has been a complete disaster. It's really upsetting that they treat customers this way.

I don't even want to give them a star. Absolutely do not buy from this site. They don't follow their refund policy at all. I spent a week going back and forth trying to get a refund for hair I never even wore and they kept refusing. They asked me to send pictures to prove it was unused so I did, but still wouldn't give me my full refund. I had to dispute it through my bank just to get my money back. Do not shop here under any circumstances.

Whatever they sent me was absolutely not what I ordered. I bought an 18 inch but it looks more like 12 inches with barely any curl pattern at all. The wig looks like it came straight from the 1950s. I won't be ordering from them again.

I paid for a wig but the delivery company left it at a locker I can't access. This company expected me to track down the package for weeks. Even after I gave them proof that it wasn't delivered to me like it should have been, nothing changed. I'm out the money and this was my first and last time using them.

I got sent the wrong product. I ordered a wig with red and black highlights but received a plain straight black wig instead. I emailed them with photos and they responded asking for pictures, so I sent them again. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them.
