This is one hefty piece of equipment. The box it ships in adds another two hundred pounds on top of that. The delivery team dropped it at least a couple times that we witnessed. Fortunately all that packaging really protected everything inside. The plastic covers look intact and I don't see any damage to the screen. There might be a tiny hairline crack somewhere but nothing noticeable yet. The support person mentioned they'd replace any broken pieces if needed.
