Just got the Irig2. Using it with an iPad without a headphone jack, and it only works with the official Apple USB-C adapter. Would've been helpful to have that info on the packaging since I wasted time trying different cables with no sound or weird phase/latency issues. The mini jack cable is way too short, and even extension cables won't work with it. The back clip design makes no sense and isn't practical at all. Where are you supposed to put the device? Amplitube keeps nagging users to buy more pedals and amps. Could we get a free lite version with just the basic features? The authorization system is frustrating and not user friendly. When you're already logged in, it keeps showing the login page like you're not. Do you actually test your software and products before launch? Honestly doesn't seem like it.
They're really responsive (aside from weekends, which is totally reasonable) and got all my issues resolved immediately. Very pleased
Absolutely terrible plugin experience overall! I've been working with plugins and music production for quite some time, so I know what I'm talking about. The install manager is slow, unresponsive, and doesn't follow your instructions correctly. Installations frequently fail without any notification or get stuck partway through, leaving you with incomplete setups. I still can't get the preset save and recall function working properly even after installing it on multiple computers. I'd strongly advise against buying from IK Multimedia. Even if someone paid you to use their stuff, it wouldn't be worth it. You've been warned.
