Avoid this company if getting your order promptly matters to you. Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't gone out. This has got to be the slowest shipping I've ever experienced. I honestly could've made better time getting to Japan and back!

Now there's honestly no incentive to stick with them when I could just bounce between different subscriptions. Then during their system overhaul, something went wrong with my account and suddenly I was getting duplicate shipments. The subscription settings kept glitching and boxes kept showing up even after I'd cancelled. Customer support either took forever or didn't know what they were doing. Bottom line: the snacks themselves are solid, but the service is lackluster and the loyalty rewards are basically useless now at only 90 days. Might as well be shop credits for all the good they do.

If your mail service is flaky, that could be frustrating. I've gotten 2 boxes and honestly this stuff is incredible. You get a nice mix of sweet treats and savory snacks, so there's definitely something in there for everyone. Both boxes came with their own jelly, and even though jelly isn't usually my thing, these were fresh and had that perfect bounce to them.
