Got a 60 SPF face serum but the pump doesn't work at all. Gave them all my info and they asked me to take it back to the store. No way I'm sitting in line to return this. I'm done with Neutrogena for good. Their support team just doesn't seem to care about actual customers.

My eye area had a bad reaction to this product. The skin got red, puffy, dry and started peeling off. I've used this for a long time without issues, but something in the last bottle seems different. Neutrogena products are just terrible. You can find tons of awful reviews online about them. Their latest commercial strategy is having some young actress say she remembers watching her favorite show and now needs Neutrogena for wrinkles, then she talks about how great it is to be young again. The actress looks like she's barely 30. The whole thing is ridiculous, but honestly it matches their actual product quality.

I've been using the coal tar T-Gel shampoos for years and they worked great. Now I can't find the original formula anywhere, so I grabbed the new version. This stuff is awful. It's actually causing dandruff instead of preventing it, my scalp is unbearably itchy, and it feels like there's something moving around in my hair. Terrible product. I've read tons of reviews saying the exact same thing. Bring back the original formula because people are begging for it.

But since they redesigned the packaging with new pumps, I've been struggling constantly. The pumps barely work and it's a disaster. Whoever designed these pumps needs to actually use the product themselves. It's shocking how disconnected the marketing and design teams are from what customers actually need. If you're pricing your product in the higher range of the market, you should at least make sure the pump functions properly. The plastic quality is cheap too. Just disappointing all around.

If a company like Neutrogena can't spare a few thousand samples, how do they even stay afloat?

Picked up their curcuma clear foam that said it was made for sensitive skin. Within minutes of using it, my face turned red and felt hot. Turns out I'm allergic to something in this product. Stay away from Neutrogena products. I usually buy a pricier facial scrub brand but wanted to save money this time. Big mistake.
