Update: I finally got a response and they confirmed they'd send my remaining refund. The customer service here is pretty bad though. They refunded me the wrong amount and I'm short about 56 pounds. I've sent multiple emails and still nothing.

They're covered in scratches everywhere. Definitely used before. Don't bother with this company.
Ordering from Singapore works out pretty well since delivery is reasonably fast. The refund process is free, but you've got to pay your own postage to send items back, and they won't reimburse what you spent getting them shipped to you initially. So if you decide to return something, you're looking at losing around 20 euros out of pocket. I picked up another pair that I actually prefer. Quality-wise they're decent, nothing fancy but nothing terrible either. This brand has a place if you want current styles without paying designer prices. The benefit is you won't feel as bad losing a pair like I sometimes do with my sunglasses. The exchange rate makes it somewhat pricey with the 10 euro shipping cost added on, but I do think it's a trustworthy company and the return process was fine. I received a refund notification within a business day or two after they got my item back.

Total rip-off alert! The shipment comes from Australia which means I got slapped with 30 euros in customs charges! Returning it back to Australia at my own cost would be another 150 euros.
