The customer service person said they could refund just the spray cost but I'd have to pay to ship them back. That's completely unreasonable customer service! I'm done with this company. Sure, I loved the scent I ordered, but Walmart has similar stuff for way less money anyway.

We loved so many of their scents like Honey Buttered Rolls, Maple Bacon Donuts, Frosted Blueberry Donuts, Vanilla Cream Avalanche, and Lemon Lavender Angel Food Cake. The scent throw was unreal, filling up the entire house instantly when you walked in the door. But things have changed since the holidays. The candles are noticeably smaller now while costing the same or even more. What really bothers us is that our last three purchases had absolutely zero scent. We got Fresh Lavender, Bourbon Mason Jar Cake, and Guava Party Punch, and none of them had any fragrance at all. It seems like they might have messed with both the size and the formulas to save money. This is disappointing because they used to be unmatched.
Honestly, these are the greatest candles out there! The fragrance is so strong that my dog actually ended up smelling like Hot Maple Toddy after being around them. You won't find another candle brand that gives you this kind of value. I've been buying from them for a decade and I'm not stopping anytime soon.
