Their customer service is beyond terrible and honestly doesn't even merit a single star. They kept telling me to check back the following week. A month later they mentioned a seal problem with a pressure washer and said it'd be another month before getting it. They never told me about these delays on their own; I had to keep calling to find out what was happening. The shipping tracking they gave me just said a label was created and waiting for pickup but nothing ever happened. Not waiting any longer and definitely don't trust this outfit. I canceled my order. On top of that, I left a negative review on their site and they took it down right away.

I called Amazon and they confirmed they had the right address and sent it to the carrier again. Amazon said it should arrive by the eighteenth. At this point I have no idea when or if either order will show up. Never dealing with them again. Other car care companies have just as good or better products, cost less, and don't put you through this headache.

They make solid products but their business operations need major work to meet current standards.

The team was rude and quick to blame me instead of giving any actual help or advice. They just point fingers and move on. Good customer service matters as much as the product quality does. I'm switching Adams out in my operation for a company that delivers on both good products and good support behind them. This hurts to say, but I have to move on.

Your products are fantastic. Everything I've gotten like the window cleaner, the detailer spray, ceramic coating, and a bunch of different cloths all performed really well. Very happy with my purchases.

I've tested tons of detailing products over the years. These rank as absolutely the worst I've found. Pick something else instead. Trust me on this one.
