I deserve a complete refund. Taking money like this from people is wrong and it needs to stop immediately.

I had accumulated 88+ five star reviews, 45+ families who came back to me regularly, and over 250 completed jobs during my 6+ years using them as a provider. I waited for their notice to renew, contacted them at the right time, and obviously got ignored like always. It's basically an organization that steals from its users. Parents aren't properly screened and they show zero respect for childcare workers, even though you can't operate without us. They took my renewal fee then denied my access anyway. I'm demanding a full refund. I won't quit until this is reviewed everywhere online.

They don't even screen parents and don't care about the childcare workers at all. You don't have a business without us. They let me renew then rejected me anyway. I need a full refund right now.
