Would I buy from them again? No, not right now, and that's sad because the actual device is cool, but how they handled everything was a major turnoff for me.
You really can't beat this company. They produce amazing, user-friendly vaporizers and they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. Being able to use smaller amounts and vape instead of smoking has been huge for me. I've placed four orders now. Every time the shipping is quick and the customer service is outstanding.
