This is one beauty product I'll never stop using - the SBLA neck wand. I actually have both the daytime and nighttime versions. Some of the reviews here talk about stock being unavailable but that's all in the past now and when I've reached out to support they've always responded fast and really cared about helping me. Can't say enough great things about the neck wands themselves. I wore turtlenecks for years and at 76 my neck looks so much better than when I was 56. I've given them as gifts to friends and they all love them. I'm in Canada and they warehouse here so I get my orders in about a week. If you're thinking about their stuff I really recommend trying it.
Bought a Liquid Facelift Wand that didn't work the way they said it would. Asked to return it, sent it back successfully but weeks later I'm still waiting on my refund. No one's answering my emails and my call to their main office went nowhere.
My Go-To Skincare Line. I've been loyal to this brand for a couple years now and the results have been phenomenal! I quit doing Botox treatments after I started using the liquid facelift wand. The neck, chin and jawline sculpting wand XL is another favorite of mine and it genuinely does everything they claim. Really happy they got back on track after their financial troubles. Plan to keep buying from them.
The neck wand is absolutely amazing!! Feels wonderful when you use it, and my neck has become so much smoother and tighter! When I need extra tightening during the day, I just reapply. I've tried tons of different neck treatments out there, but hands down this is the top product for me. Can't imagine being without it!

Total rip-off. I bought something in September 2024 and never got it. Whenever I contacted their 'support team' they'd say it was out of stock and coming 'soon'. Seven months have passed now and the only thing that happened is my card got charged. Absolute scam.
The company went through bankruptcy filing last March. You should reach out to your credit card company about canceling the charge since your stuff never arrived. I did that just before they announced it. Don't wait too long doing this. They did get back to me asking if I wanted to rebuy the products and showing the refunded amount. But when I went to purchase, they only let me buy at full retail price, not the discount I originally paid. The actual products are fantastic and work great, so it's gotta be poor management causing everything to fall apart. Really unfortunate.
Having the same issue as all these other people. Spent over $250 on items in December that I never got. Customer service replied once in January saying they were out of stock and restocking, but nothing ever showed up and now they won't respond for the past two months. Turns out they filed for bankruptcy too in March. Won't be ordering there again.
SBLA ARE CROOKS. I ordered $450 worth of products almost three months ago and haven't gotten them or my money back. Sent several emails with no response. Called multiple times and they just transferred me around until I got voicemail. Left detailed messages and never heard back. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU'RE OKAY WITH LOSING IT!!! Absolute thieves!!!
