The actual clothing is fantastic. But returning items and getting your refund back is absolutely broken. I shipped my return on 12/1 and I'm still waiting for my money on 12/29. They say 5-10 days to process returns and another 5-10 for the refund to hit your account. Amazon refunds you instantly when you ship something back. These guys operate like amateurs.
Got 2 pairs of their high waisted compression tights and both have issues with the side pockets coming undone so they're basically useless, plus the material around the waistband started pilling on both pairs. Paid $150 per pair and they wouldn't replace or refund them because it was past the one year mark. Other brands I own have gone 5-10 years without problems. These feel cheap and overpriced. Skip this company. I ordered 2 pairs of tights from their New Zealand site, which ships from their Australian warehouse in Melbourne. Don't waste your money on this brand. I grabbed 2 pairs of shorts from a local running store and within 3 months the seams started falling apart.
