Slumber Cloud Reviews
Slumber Cloud is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 20 shoppers, with a polarized response split between enthusiastic advocates and disappointed customers. Positive reviewers report that the cooling products deliver meaningful improvements for hot sleepers and those with night sweats, with some describing the results as life-changing after giving the products time to work. However, a significant portion of shoppers express frustration with the cooling performance, describing it as underwhelming or no better than standard bedding. Several reviewers also cite concerns about product quality relative to price, refund processing errors, and slow shipping paired with unresponsive customer support.
Recurring complaints center on three areas: the cooling effect not meeting promotional claims, issues with customer service responsiveness and refund accuracy, and delivery delays even for customers near the warehouse. While some shoppers acknowledge the products require an adjustment period, others feel the price point is not justified by the results. Positive reviewers tend to emphasize patience and research before purchase, suggesting that product fit varies significantly by individual sleep needs.
Had a really negative experience with Slumber Cloud. The products came with exaggerated claims about quality that don't match what you're paying for them. Even worse, when I returned two items, they only gave me a refund for one of them. They claimed the second item, which was a duvet cover, wasn't in my order. That's completely unacceptable and feels dishonest. I'd recommend staying away from this company.
This blanket doesn't really cool you down the way it should. It feels more like a lightweight comforter than anything else. The cooling effect is basically the same as my regular summer comforter, which doesn't cool at all. I'd be happier sticking with my inexpensive cotton comforter that actually looks nice.
The mattress pad is just mediocre, nothing special for the cost. The cooling effect is underwhelming. It does cool down fast if you get up out of bed, but that doesn't help when you're trying to sleep. I can't say I'd recommend it.
Terrible experience with shipping and support. I ordered a mattress pad two weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up, even though I'm only ten miles from their warehouse in Denver. After talking with two separate support representatives, all I have is a confirmation number. They keep saying it's the shipper's fault instead of taking responsibility for poor communication. If you have a problem, don't expect much from their service. I'm waiting to get the pad to make my final judgment, but this doesn't inspire confidence and makes me question whether the product itself is any good.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was told that the Gold Plus mattress pad would help with my hot sleeping situation, but honestly it's a complete letdown. Keep your cash and look elsewhere.
I didn't think it would work but I'm a believer now. After doing extensive research and looking at many customer comments, I gave Slumber Cloud a shot and I'm so glad I did. My wife has night sweats from her medications and they're dramatically reduced, and I'm also sleeping better. Looking back, I wish I'd bought it sooner. A couple nights was all it took to change my mind completely.
Started out skeptical but I'm totally convinced now. I did a bunch of research and read through lots of feedback before trying Slumber Cloud, and I'm really glad I did. My wife deals with medication-related night sweats and they've improved significantly, plus I'm sleeping better too. This is one purchase I wish I'd made way sooner. Went from doubter to believer in just a couple nights.
Very pleased with my experience dealing with SlumberCloud. I've already shared their information with several people I know.
Really satisfied with how SlumberCloud treated me as a customer. I've already told several of my friends about them because the experience was so positive.
This mattress pad is absolutely fantastic and keeps you so cool. I was thinking about replacing my mattress since it runs hot, even though it's only a couple years old and I really enjoy it otherwise. Then I learned about Slumber Cloud and figured it would be more affordable than a new mattress. I picked up the pad along with some pillow covers and wow, best purchase ever! I'm sleeping way better than before and the temperature is perfect. I don't wake up nearly as much during the night anymore, though at my age that happens sometimes, but it's definitely not from overheating. Really grateful for this brand.
Got a firm pillow and the Pileus cover and had mixed results. The pillow could stand to be a bit firmer if I'm being honest. The cover didn't really give me any extra cooling compared to regular pillow protectors, so the premium price didn't feel justified. It's not worth the hassle to return it, so I'll just keep using it until something better comes along.
Great pillows overall. We've been using Slumber Cloud pillows for a couple years. When my husband wanted something with more firmness, we got the new firm option and they work perfectly. Super cool and definitely firm.
Excellent! Since getting your mattress pad and pillow covers, my husband who gets cold easily and I who am always too warm can finally sleep comfortably together. Going through perimenopause made it impossible to sleep through the night, but three days into using your products I'm thrilled to report that the night sweats stopped completely. Your team was wonderful and so helpful in choosing the right products for us. Thanks for everything.
Amazing results! My husband tends to run cold while I'm always overheating, and now we're both getting quality sleep thanks to your mattress pad and pillow covers. Since starting menopause I hadn't been able to sleep through the night, but within just three days of using your products I stopped waking up drenched in sweat. Your customer service team was incredibly helpful guiding us through the options. Really appreciate all your help.
