When I called to complain, they said I could return them but I'd have to pay a restocking fee plus cover my own return shipping, even though they claimed I bought frames only. They said the frames came with manufacturer demo lenses like you'd see in an optical shop for trying on. The product listing and photos didn't say anything about this and customer service couldn't point me to where this was mentioned. Don't send demo lenses to individual customers when your site shows regular glasses. You know better than that.

These turned out to be the best glasses I've ever owned! I got Silhouette rimless frames from Simply Eyeglasses and they're fantastic. With rimless styles, the drill holes need to line up perfectly or the glasses will sit crooked. I've tried other places that didn't do a great job with this, but Simply Eyeglasses nailed it perfectly. Super happy with the craftsmanship. Plus, they let you pick from different lens widths. If you need a 52mm lens they'll do it without any issues. Most other retailers only give you one size option. I'm ordering another pair next month! And get this, I paid $200 less than what the same glasses would have cost at my local shop. That's a win-win!
