This was a complete misrepresentation of what was promised. I was told by a sales rep that I'd get a free year set up as free first month then paid second month with a guarantee I'd make back the cost through bookings or get refunded. When bookings didn't come through, I got my refund as promised. Then I was supposed to get the first 12 months free, maybe even 14. I was also told I'd receive a free year for every referral I brought in. I referred a business and was promised an additional free year. Suddenly I started getting invoices and past due notices. When I reached out multiple times, the rep eventually ghosted me after saying he'd handle it. Finally via email he claimed it was only one year free, not two, and then never actually fixed anything. Eventually I got word that my account was cancelled for nonpayment. Just completely misleading from start to finish.
