I've been ordering raw ingredients from these guys for over twenty years, but something feels completely different now. This doesn't even seem like the same business anymore, and honestly I feel like I got taken advantage of. I ended up disputing my most recent purchase. Reading through the newer reviews from this year is honestly kind of scary because it sounds like a lot of people aren't even getting their stuff. It's such a shame since they used to have really solid customer service back in the day. I get that problems happen, but this seems like something bigger. Their products definitely aren't the same anymore and they didn't even tell anybody about it. Got a cucumber lotion in this massive plastic tub that's so thick you literally cannot squeeze anything out of it. Same problem with the silk cream, you have to cut chunks out with a spatula just to transfer it to a regular container. Oh, and it took a couple months just to get my shipment sent out. And don't get me started on shipping costs being like a third of what I paid for the whole order. Absolutely ridiculous.

The vitamin C wouldn't dissolve properly, and when I asked for a refund they told me to heat it up to fix the problem. That's backwards advice since heat damages vitamin C, which is why every recipe tells you to keep it protected from light and stored in dark amber bottles. Most vitamin C products recommend dark storage and minimal light exposure. They've basically stripped out the good organic ingredients that made their stuff worth buying. Skip them.

Ordered three fragrant oils for just under forty dollars and paid seventeen dollars for shipping. What showed up was completely wrong, bottles that smelled like straight alcohol and harsh chemicals that actually burned my eyes and skin when I opened them. The company blamed me, saying it was my nose being sensitive. That's unacceptable. I'm ready to take legal action and expose what happened if they don't refund my full payment right now.

Not impressed. The prices aren't even that great for bulk quantities, which doesn't make sense. Nobody is using such tiny amounts or watering things down this much. When I opened my bottle, the safety seal wasn't broken like it should've been fresh, and the inner seal underneath was already peeled back and pressed down sloppily. Zero resistance when I unscrewed it. Something's off here, either they added fillers or they short-filled the containers.
