The staff weren't welcoming when I walked in, and when I asked about an item, I got a cold response. I do love the brand overall, but some of the team at the Manchester location really need to improve their attitude. They're losing customers with that approach. I'm not coming back.

The products were good quality, but the delivery situation was a nightmare. They partner with EVRI, and their drivers consistently ignore delivery instructions. They just dump boxes by your door, take a photo, and leave. We ordered jewelry and were promised multiple delivery attempts. Instead, the driver abandoned our jewelry box on the front step and disappeared. We were several hours away and had to have an elderly family member pick it up urgently or it would have been stolen. Won't be ordering here again.

The items themselves were fine, but the delivery experience was frustrating. The company uses EVRI for shipping, and their drivers don't follow instructions. They just toss the package at your door, snap a photo, and leave. We ordered jewelry and were told they'd attempt delivery up to three times if needed. That never happened. The driver simply left our jewelry box on the doorstep and walked away. We were hours away, and my elderly mother had to make an emergency trip to collect it before it was stolen. I won't be ordering from them again because of this.

I purchased two dresses this summer and absolutely adore them both. The first was an impulsive buy at the Victoria station branch, but the design and fabric were too good to pass up. The second came from an online order picked up at my local store. Every team member has been friendly, and the construction on these dresses is really impressive. I've gotten tons of compliments.

The level of customer support here is truly exceptional, especially Ryan. He completely resolved several problems I had with my online purchase with minimal hassle.

Can't get enough of this place. The layout is really smart, the variety is fantastic, and the people working there are genuinely nice. I'd buy everything if I could.
