I've had this journal for the past 5 years and it's been incredible. All the different exercises, daily rituals, community features, and social aspects have helped me grow in amazing ways. I was frustrated about it at first, but the customer service team explained how their system works and actually gave me a partial refund, which helped smooth things over.

I got scammed by this company. Signed up for a membership in June 2024 and got several planners but wasn't really using them. When I called to cancel, they told me it wasn't necessary and just kept sending stuff. They never mentioned they'd charge me again in June 2025 for another yearly membership. When I saw the charge on my card, I emailed asking for a refund since I never agreed to that. They refused to credit my account. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and started a dispute with my credit card company.

Once you sign up for a subscription here, it automatically renews with zero warning. Your money just gets pulled from your account and you only hear about it through an email after the charge goes through. Good luck getting a refund on yearly subscriptions because they won't give you one.

Not a good value and they auto renew without letting you know. I bought a monthly subscription for $168.68 on 11/29/2023 and they charged me $263.93 on 11/10/2024 without any heads up. I didn't even realize until I saw it hit my account. When I went to cancel, they said they couldn't stop the charge but would make sure to cancel it for next year. Still no refund though. Most places send you at least a text and an email before they charge you again and give you time to cancel. These planners aren't worth the old price, let alone the new one. $264 is way too much. Look elsewhere because this isn't worth your money.

After enjoying this subscription for almost three years, I had to cancel due to money issues. I went through their cancellation process on their website, but then got charged $260 on 6/10/24 for a full year subscription I'd already ended. Then in February I bought their sticker pack and emailed customer service asking when it would ship. Got nothing back. Now even though I'm paying for the digital part, I can't be seen by my friends anymore. My posts won't go through and all my old comments disappeared. All I wanted was a quick answer about those stickers since I was excited to put them in my April planner. Instead I've been basically blocked from the whole community for no reason I can understand. Their customer service is honestly terrible. I cancelled my membership and several people I referred have done the same. This whole situation is really upsetting.

Don't give this company your payment info. They make signing up way too easy, but when you try to cancel, they hold onto your credit card details and won't let you remove it. Then they automatically charge you again by claiming they're just updating your account, even though you already cancelled.

Read their terms and conditions carefully. I ordered a year subscription and wasn't asked to make an account during checkout, but they apparently emailed me the details separately. When I finished ordering I had to agree to their terms, which apparently had autorenewal buried in there. They charged me two days ago without warning. I contacted them right away explaining I didn't want another year and that I was never even prompted to set up my account, plus nothing has shipped yet. They're refusing to give me my money back even though they can see on their end that I never finished setting up. It feels like a total scam and the product isn't even that great. Find somewhere else to buy from because there are way better companies out there with better products.

Last month my journal didn't show up or got lost from my porch. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement in just 3 days, which was great timing before the new month started. Worth checking out.
