Bought two reclining sofas and have been extremely unhappy with the experience. We've called customer service multiple times and sent documentation with photos and videos, but nothing has gotten resolved. The support and return process feels designed to make things hard on the customer rather than help. The sofas themselves have serious problems: the recliners weren't installed properly and are tough to use, the footrest mechanism catches the fabric every time you lower it and requires manual adjustment, and both armrests are loose and wobbly. Very disappointed overall.
