Got the AirPump A10 Water Flosser and it just wasn't right for me. Way too strong on my gums and teeth, making them bleed right away. Even the gentler setting felt too intense for my mouth. Asked about returning it and got this response about sealed products being nonreturnable due to health reasons if opened. So if you're not satisfied, you're out about 70 bucks. Funny how they'll refund unopened boxes but won't consider that you need to actually try a dental product to know if it works for you.
