This company doesn't deserve any stars. I got a pair of skates with a screw protruding from the sole that hurt my wife's foot. When I contacted them, all they would do is accept a return. I ordered skates back in November 2021 that weren't quite the right size, so I sent them back in great condition. The problem is they only refunded part of my money and charged me $30 for return shipping. I had to file a claim through the seller's dispute process to get that $30 back. Amazon informed me that the entire refund including shipping costs should have been returned to me. Just wanted to give other shoppers a heads up about their return policy since a lot of people might not realize they do this.

I bought skates for my daughter for around $80 and then a week later got a message saying there was a pricing mistake. They wanted me to either get my money back or pay an extra $40 since the real price was supposed to be $120 plus tax. I replied asking if they'd honor the price since it had been a week and that's what their website showed when I ordered. All I got was an email saying they were refunding my card. Most retailers would stand by a mistake like that, especially after a week has passed and $40 isn't going to break them. Would've been better customer service to just let me keep it at the sale price.

My skates showed up all sharpened, oiled, and ready to go right out of the box. I paid extra for expedited three day shipping but they sent it regular mail instead. I've been trying to get reimbursed for the shipping upcharge with no luck. They eventually did refund the extra charges, but then they turned around and said I was being slanderous and that I never even emailed them about it, which I absolutely did. I can show anyone my sent emails to prove I tried working this out with them first. I won't be ordering from this company again.
