Wasn't able to complete my purchase on their website.

If there was a zero star option, I'd pick it without hesitation. The customer service here is absolutely awful. My package was delivered to the wrong address and they opened an investigation, but I had to call repeatedly just to get my money back. They didn't offer to send it again, didn't offer any discount on a future purchase, and didn't even apologize. The people I spoke with on the phone were incredibly rude about something that wasn't my fault in the slightest. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a pair of Triumph sneakers as a Christmas gift from my parents with an expected arrival date of the end of December. It's now past that date and I haven't received them or even seen any shipping notification. Getting hold of customer service is really tough - emails go unanswered and nobody shows up in the chat. I'd really recommend thinking twice before ordering shoes directly from Saucony because your order might just disappear into a black hole. There are reports from other customers about the same situation, so it seems like this is becoming a pattern when you buy through their website.

Getting ahold of support is basically impossible. The live chat option that's listed on the website isn't actually available, and the email contact bounced my message back. This is really discouraging - the lack of customer support is a serious problem. HOKA will be my brand of choice from now on.

This was my first experience with Saucony and unfortunately it's been pretty rough. I spent good money ordering 2 pairs in different sizes since I wasn't sure about the fit. I've had way better luck doing this with HOKA in the past. The shoes themselves are nice but I need to send back one pair. The return system online isn't working right - it keeps saying my order details don't match their records even though I'm positive they're correct. Seems like other people have dealt with this too. I've also tried emailing customer service and it's been several days with no reply, even though their website says responses take up to 5 days which is honestly pretty slow. Making matters worse, their chat feature appears to be down so there's basically no way to get help with an expensive purchase. I leave for a trip tomorrow and I'm worried I'll miss the 30 day return window. Really need someone to reach out soon.

I spent quite a bit of money on these shoes. I typically rotate between three pairs and take good care of all my footwear. These came with a plastic blue coating on the bottom, and after three months of normal use it started cracking and peeling away. I called their support line and the representative told me to file a claim since this shouldn't happen under normal circumstances. I took photos and submitted everything. Their response was a standard template that listed a bunch of reasons they might deny the claim, with 'improper usage' bolded at the top. At my age, I can promise there was nothing improper about how I wore them. I replied expressing how upset I was and asked for further review. I haven't heard anything back. There are plenty of other running shoe brands out there.

Really disappointed with the craftsmanship. The first pair I ordered started falling to pieces. Got a replacement and it had identical issues almost immediately. On the bright side, they felt good when wearing them. That's the end of my Saucony days though. The retailer deserves props for their excellent support team. Now I'm wearing Puma instead.

Terrible build quality on these shoes. My initial pair fell apart within a short time. When I got replacements, they had the exact same problem. The only positive thing I can say is they were actually pretty comfy to wear. Won't be buying from them anymore. I have to give credit to the retailer though - their customer service was fantastic. I've switched to Puma shoes now.

Completely useless. I selected next day delivery but it's been four business days now with no shoes and nobody from support getting back to me. The company ships through a carrier that's really hit or miss when it comes to keeping packages safe.

Total waste of time. I bought with the next day delivery option but it's now the fourth business day and I haven't gotten my shoes or any response from customer service. They partner with a courier service that's basically unreliable when it comes to package security.

You'd think their return system would actually work, but if it doesn't, at minimum there should be someone available to help. I won't be a repeat customer.

Amazing shoes! I haven't had any direct dealings with their support team, but the quality of their products speaks for itself. I'm on my third pair of Rides and they're consistently fantastic.

Really shocking experience. I ordered something that was supposedly in stock and the delivery date was approaching. When the day came, I got a refund notification instead of my shoes - apparently they weren't actually in stock. But they were showing as available when I placed the order, so how would I have even been able to buy them otherwise? Nobody told me this until I reached out through chat. This is garbage service and I won't be ordering from them again.

I felt like I had to share this positive experience after reading all the negative reviews on here. Before placing my order, I almost decided against it after seeing all those complaints. But honestly, my experience was completely different. My sneakers shipped right away and arrived the next day. They didn't fit the way I wanted, so I returned them and got my money back within a day. Really impressed with how smoothly everything went. It's unfortunate the sizing didn't work out for me, but the service was top notch.
