The customer service and product support here are really bad. I ordered a treadmill through Amazon in July and it quit working after just a few uses. They wouldn't help me because I didn't buy it directly from them. Amazon had to handle the whole thing. These products just aren't dependable and don't count on getting any help if something goes wrong.

Bought a Ticwatch E3 a couple years back and it's been nothing but trouble from day one. The performance is glitchy and worst of all, it can't keep the time and date set. I'd have to update them every few days which is ridiculous for a watch. I mean, what's the point of owning a watch if it can't even tell you the right time? I reached out to their support team back then and they wanted $50 just to look at it. That's basically what I paid for the thing, so I never did it.

Back in 2020 we placed a bulk order for 20 watches from Mobvoi for our business. A year in, 11 of those watches came back defective from our customers. That's when our problems with Mobvoi started. We sent them detailed reports, videos of the issues, information about battery problems, and everything else. Two years later after dealing with their slow support, they're telling us the warranty has expired. This is a company to stay far away from. You'll lose money and you'll lose customers.

Their watches seem decent and cost less than comparable Samsung or Google models. But I've bought two watches from them and both had the exact same problem. When I report issues, Ticwatch acts like they're looking into it but then does nothing. They eventually tell you to go back to your retailer. I did that and the retailer told me to contact the manufacturer directly. But Ticwatch just keeps refusing to help and tells you to go away.

Both the products and their support team are terrible. I won't be buying from them ever again. These people are dishonest.

Mobvoi won't fix anything and even though EU customers get two years, UK customers only get one year coverage. They offered a 40% discount on a new watch. That feels way too low after less than two years of ownership. I'd expect that kind of discount after three years. They won't negotiate at all. Totally unfair.

The Tickwatch Pro 3 is a great product and I've had excellent customer service from this company. In my opinion it's the best Android smartwatch on the market.
