The people in the call center were fantastic, but the actual policy has some frustrating limitations. We didn't realize upfront that they'd only recover your vehicle to a garage within 7.5 miles, which is pretty restrictive. It would've left us stuck with some random shop, meaning we'd need another tow. Fortunately the staff members bent over backwards to help and went way beyond what we expected to get us and the car where we needed to go.

They abandoned a woman alone on an isolated dark road and were clearly only interested in turning away claims.
