We only mounted the wall brackets to check fit before realizing the issue. The glass panels, door and seals were never used. However the company kept treating it as if the whole unit was installed and discarded. I proposed a reasonable solution to simply swap the unused parts for the correct size with me covering the cost difference and shipping fees. They declined without actually addressing my concerns. When I called to push the issue, I was told no one was available and got redirected to email even though email hadn't solved anything. I'm stuck with something I can't use and had to file a dispute.
