My son spoiled me with a birthday massage treatment at their location, and I have to say the therapist was fantastic with no issues there. That said, the space itself feels outdated and could definitely use some refreshing. The reception staff had this somewhat dismissive attitude that made me feel a bit unwelcome, so I didn't stick around afterward. The experience was different before the management change - something about the personal touch is missing now. The actual massage treatment was fine, but the overall vibe is cold and sterile.

The whole spa experience was top notch - so welcoming and warm throughout. The facilities themselves are spectacular, and the lunch they included with the wellness package was delicious. The pool temperature was perfect for doing some laps between heating and cooling off, plus there's fresh ice available to refresh yourself. Being able to swim between the indoor and outdoor pools was such a nice touch. Tons of comfortable lounging areas too. Hands down coming back again and again.

This was my first and only order from Cowshed. I purchased four discounted items on July 23rd for a total of just over fifty dollars. Only two items arrived, which accounted for about half my payment. No communication about the other two, so I followed up on August 2nd asking what happened. They told me the items had been oversold and offered me a discount on my next purchase instead of a refund. Then I got an email saying I'd been refunded about thirteen dollars when I was actually owed nearly twenty. I pointed out the error and they responded with a confusing message saying I'd ordered a duplicate cleanser that had actually arrived the first time. This phantom order was listed at nearly twenty-six dollars, way more than the thirteen dollars I paid initially, plus they added a shipping fee even though my original order had free shipping. I had to write back again saying I definitely did not want another cleanser. It shouldn't be this complicated to place an order and get what you paid for. I understand overselling happens, but it's frustrating when a company can't seem to untangle their own mistakes.

Stopped by the location and the staff welcomed me warmly right away. They gave helpful suggestions and everything moved quickly and smoothly.
