Stay away. Just wasted a bunch of money. Our Theragun Elite quit charging after about 2 and a half years, and of course the warranty was done. Did some research online and found this is actually super common with the Elite model. The retailer couldn't help, and when we reached out to their UK support, they told us there's no repair center available anywhere in the country. Tried taking it apart ourselves to fix it but that would have destroyed the device, and YouTube showed us we're not alone in that problem. Got a local repair guy to look at it for a couple weeks but he eventually threw in the towel. This thing is basically a total waste of money.

Customer service here is basically nonexistent. Warranty returns? Plan on waiting at least 2 months, and that's just for a brand new gun that was broken straight out of the box.
