Second, the bouquet had about 60 blooms but roughly a quarter of them were already done for - either drooping or with bent stems. Third, the actual flowers looked nothing like what was pictured online. I ordered vibrant colors and ended up with a much duller version.

Really let down with this one. I ordered 20 pink peonies to mark our 20 years together, but I only got 19. When I reached out, they said they'd give me back money for the missing stem as an apology. That's not really an apology though, that's just refunding something I didn't receive. And on top of that, the flowers didn't even last a week. Won't be ordering from them again.
