I'm also really angry because my prescription sunglasses that cost over three hundred fifty dollars are now completely ruined. Two different pairs are totally useless at this point. My progressive lens glasses aren't any better. I wish the Virginia locations were more dependable, but sadly they're not.
Visited the Walmart Vision location and had an amazing experience. Chloey went above and beyond with how she treated me as a customer. Her dedication was really impressive and her friendly demeanor made the whole visit so much better.
I got my eyeglasses at Walmart Vision Center and this is the second time the same problem has happened. Around six or seven months of regular wearing and the anti-reflective coating begins peeling off the lenses. It's super aggravating because I handle my glasses carefully, clean them the right way, and store them properly, yet they fall apart. Glasses cost real money and are something you need, so it's not okay to have lenses fail this quickly. I'm asking Walmart to take responsibility for this defect and either replace the lenses free or fix whatever causes this to keep happening.

This went on for five minutes with just 'we don't understand' over and over.
The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful, but the eye doctor was a total disappointment. He had me look through his equipment and read a line, which I did. I told him it was blurry and he said it was fine anyway. He wrote me a prescription and charged one hundred ten dollars. The whole exam was under five minutes. When my glasses arrived they were actually worse than what I already had. The guy up front said this happens sometimes. I believed him like an idiot, but three days later I called back saying I can't see with them. They told me the doctor only comes once a month and I'd have to come back then. When I saw him again he said he likes prescribing what he thinks eyes need. He spent a bit more time but never let me try lenses I could actually see through clearly. He gave me a new prescription and said if these don't work we'll keep trying. I took my business to a real eye doctor with great reviews who actually spent time examining me and gave me the right prescription. I brought those results back to Walmart to have them remake my frames to the correct specs.

I'm not satisfied and when I said something, they told me to keep wearing them until my eyes adjust, even though they hurt and blur my vision. Guess I'm taking my business elsewhere.
